    OCTAVIA features a glamorous bardot fit, with two oversized silk bows that will sit on either side of your shoulders. Layers upon layers of midnight sparkle tulle are hand sewn onto the 100% black cotton lining, creating a masterpiece of sparkle and opulence.

Hello I'm Frances, the founder and designer of FRARLIBETH. I design each piece from scratch, taking inspiration from the Old Hollywood film era combined with modern couture.

My dream ever since I was a child was to become a fashion designer and business owner. I was forever sketching out dresses and creating posters for a potential brand. I am so proud of myself for creating a brand that is adored by so many. All of the support I receive from clients and followers means the world to me.
