  • This dress was made for spritzing with COCO Chanel,  sipping champagne and enjoying the finest afternoon tea dates. Cordelia will be the most elegant and sophisticated female in the room, with her opulent hand embellished sleeves it will be hard not to take notice. 

     

    Created from the finest wool tweed, it captures the essence of opulence at just a glance. Carefully crafted embellished sleeves is Cordelia's most decadent feature. Three days are needed to cut each petal by hand to meticulously form each flower which with time becomes a pearl embellished floral extravaganza.

Hello I'm Frances, the founder and designer of FRARLIBETH. I design each piece from scratch, taking inspiration from the Old Hollywood film era combined with modern couture.

My dream ever since I was a child was to become a fashion designer and business owner. I was forever sketching out dresses and creating posters for a potential brand. I am so proud of myself for creating a brand that is adored by so many. All of the support I receive from clients and followers means the world to me.
