Hello I'm Frances, the founder and designer of FRARLIBETH. I design each piece from scratch, taking inspiration from the Old Hollywood film era combined with modern couture.

My dream ever since I was a child was to become a fashion designer and business owner. I was forever sketching out dresses and creating posters for a potential brand.
