Q. WHEN AND HOW CAN I ORDER?
All FRARLIBETH designs are handmade to order with love and precision. Each order placed can take from 3-6 weeks to create. For this reason, each collection is available to order once a month which ensures enough time to bring each order to life.

Q. WHY DID THE BRAND NAME CHANGE FROM 'PRETTY AFFLUENT' TO 'FRARLIBETH'?

Q. WHERE DO YOU MANUFACTURE?
FRARLIBETH works with a family owned and locally run business in Zhejiang, China.

Q. HOW DO YOU MAKE YOUR DESIGNS?
So much time, thought and planning goes into creating FRARLIBETH garments. I start by creating inspiration boards and usually stick to a theme. This is when I start to sketch and play around with different ideas of how I want the design to look. A lot of time is usually spent sourcing fabrics as this is what can make or break a design. I move onto sampling to see if my ideas will work, I will adapt the design at this stage if necessary to get it just right. I will then send my designs and sample photos to the factory for further sampling!
Each design is different and the process may vary but it's my favourite thing to be able to bring my ideas to life, especially when I get to see so many of you wearing the creations.

Q. HOW LONG DOES EACH ITEM TAKE TO MAKE?
As each item is handmade to order by the factory in Zhejiang. I only take a small amount of orders at each time. This is so that the team can dedicate their time and attention to bringing your new beautiful garment to life! The lead time for your order to be made is around 3-6 weeks (plus delivery). Each garment is different as some are more embellished and complex to make than others so there is no set number of hours it can take to make each garment. During busier periods, orders may take a little longer than the average lead time of 3-6 weeks. You will be updated every step of the way and notified if there are any delays.
Q. DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS/REFUNDS?
Unfortunately due to the handmade nature of the brand, I do not accept returns/refunds. This is due to the fact that each item is handmade to order just for you, lot's of time and effort is taken to create your order. Alterations can be made for a small fee, please get in touch by email at info@frarlibeth.com
Please also note if you are sending an item back for a refund or alterations, you will be kindly asked to cover postage costs.
