Made To Order Returns Policy
For MADE-TO-ORDER products, returns/refunds are not accepted as each item is MADE-TO-ORDER just for you.
Make sure you check the size guide before ordering OR add your correct measurements when ordering your MADE-TO-ORDER piece.
Alterations can be made for a small fee. Please note that delivery payment of your garment to be sent back for alterations will kindly need to be covered by the client.

CANCELLATIONS
If you need to cancel your order for whatever reason (hopefully you won't have to!) you have 24 hours from placing your order to cancel. Please get in touch via email or Instagram.
UK Delivery
STANDARD DELIVERY:
£5 - Tracked Delivery (3-5 working days)
SPECIAL DELIVERY
£9 - Arrives Next Day*
*Bank Holidays and weekends will affect this time frame. If selecting this delivery method with MADE TO ORDER items, your order will be sent out for SPECIAL DELIVERY as soon as the item has been made. Please bear in mind the lead time for MADE TO ORDER pieces.
International Delivery
ALL international orders are shipped using International Tracked and Signed For delivery method. Please bear in mind that as a British business, UK bank holidays and weekends may affect the delivery time frame.
ORDERS TO EUROPE:
Includes delivery to all of you elegant females in FRANCE, ITALY, SPAIN NETHERLANDS, GERMANY, AUSTRIA, BELGIUM
